Grievance Redressal Committee
At Podar GPS School, we are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where all members of our school community feel valued, respected, and heard. Our Grievance Redressal Committee serves as a proactive mechanism for addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting accountability and fairness within our school community. Comprised of faculty members, administrators, and student representatives, our Grievance Redressal Committee is dedicated to upholding the principles of transparency, integrity, and justice in all aspects of school life. Whether it’s addressing academic issues, interpersonal conflicts, or disciplinary matters, our committee works diligently to ensure that grievances are handled promptly, impartially, and with sensitivity to the needs and concerns of all parties involved. Our Grievance Redressal Committee operates in accordance with established policies and procedures that outline the steps for reporting grievances, conducting investigations, and implementing resolutions. We encourage students, parents, and staff members to come forward with any concerns or complaints they may have, knowing that their voices will be heard and their grievances will be taken seriously. Through open communication, mediation, and conflict resolution techniques, our committee seeks to foster a culture of trust, accountability, and mutual respect within our school community. By addressing grievances in a timely and equitable manner, we strive to create a positive and harmonious learning environment where everyone can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
